Who it suits, and who it does not

The procedure suits you if the circles are persistent — genetic or pigment — and not tied to temporary causes: lack of sleep, stress, your state of health. If the cause is temporary, it is addressed first. The skin around the eyes must be healthy, without irritation or damage.

The area is delicate, so the right client selection matters: the procedure does not suit everyone, and this is determined before any work.

What camouflage does

A soft professional pigment is matched to the undertone of your skin, and the area is delicately lightened. The aim is not the dense effect of a concealer, but a natural merging with the surrounding tone, so the eyes look fresher. The work is done in the upper layers of the skin in the periorbital area, which have no bearing on the eyeball or the structures responsible for sight.

How healing goes

Unlike body camouflage, healing here is easy and almost unnoticeable: no marked darkening, usually only light flaking. As early as the next day you can return to your usual rhythm. The final result is assessed at 1.5–2 months. It is especially important to protect the area from the sun and to use a high-protection SPF.

How many sessions, and how long it lasts

The number of sessions depends on your skin phototype: lighter types are often satisfied with one procedure, darker ones with two or three. The result holds for about 1.5–2.5 years, and over time the shade gradually fades.

One important note: laser procedures in this area draw the pigment out, and the camouflage result will come away. If you are planning a laser around the eyes, say so in advance.
